These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 700jl ("700jl," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 700jl website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account on 700jl, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 700jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 700jl platform and close your account.

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use a 700jl account. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. 700jl strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued age verification documents as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

700jl's Services are intended for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing 700jl from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. 700jl reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to players located in prohibited jurisdictions.

The following persons are not eligible to hold a 700jl account or participate in any Services:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons currently subject to a self-exclusion order administered by 700jl or PAGCOR;
• Persons acting as agents, employees, contractors, or affiliates of 700jl or its licensed game providers, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest;
• Persons using automated betting systems, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Persons previously banned from the 700jl platform for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

To access real-money Services on 700jl, you must complete the account registration process, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address where applicable. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active 700jl account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether in their own name, under assumed identities, or through third parties — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Upon detection, 700jl will close all associated accounts and may forfeit all balances therein pending investigation.

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) requirements, 700jl is obligated to verify the identity of all account holders. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. 700jl reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for high-volume accounts or unusual transaction patterns.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 700jl account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 700jl will never request your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your 700jl account, you must notify 700jl support immediately.

700jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 700jl does not charge deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges subject to their separate terms.

Minimum deposit amounts are ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Deposits are credited to your 700jl account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 700jl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems or Philippine banking infrastructure.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by the registered account holder and to a payment method that matches the account holder's verified identity. The following processing timelines apply for KYC-verified accounts: GCash/Maya (5–15 minutes); InstaPay bank transfers (15–45 minutes); PesoNet transfers (same business day); USDT TRC20 (under 10 minutes, network dependent).

700jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding prescribed thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected, as required by PAGCOR AML regulations. Withdrawal processing may be delayed or suspended pending completion of such checks.

All financial transactions on 700jl are subject to Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance requirements. 700jl is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players found to be using 700jl to launder funds or conduct financially fraudulent activities will be immediately reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

All games available on 700jl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and verifiable. 700jl does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner inconsistent with the stated mathematical parameters of each game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, platform errors, or software failures — the affected round will be voided and all wagered funds returned to the player's balance. 700jl is not liable for winnings that would have been achieved but for a technical malfunction. If there is a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the 700jl server records, the server records shall be deemed definitive.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply at 700jl: bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal; bonus funds and real-money funds may be treated separately within your account balance; 700jl reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings from accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 700jl platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 700jl platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes;
• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, unauthorized payment methods, or chargebacks made in bad faith;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in 700jl's platform to gain an advantage not intended by game rules;
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through 700jl's deposit and withdrawal systems;
• Accessing 700jl on behalf of a third party without their knowledge and consent;
• Any conduct that violates Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or these Terms.

700jl reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to suspend accounts, withhold funds, and report findings to Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

700jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players on our platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a suite of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible through your 700jl account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the player;

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 700jl's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 700jl shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure or Philippine network conditions; technical malfunctions beyond 700jl's reasonable control.

700jl provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest substantially in platform reliability and security, we do not warrant uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that the platform will meet each player's specific requirements.

700jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months; or for any other reason that 700jl reasonably determines to be in the best interests of the platform's integrity or regulatory compliance.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 700jl customer support. Upon voluntary closure in good standing, any available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 700jl operates under the authorization and regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of 700jl's Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory complaint processes.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific wager, game outcome, or account transaction, players must first contact 700jl customer support to initiate an internal dispute resolution process. 700jl will investigate and respond to all formally lodged disputes within five (5) business days. If a player is not satisfied with 700jl's internal resolution, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's published complaint channels.

700jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or prominent notice on the 700jl platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulatory directive or Philippine law.

The date of the most recent revision of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of 700jl following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using 700jl and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.
