Notwithstanding these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. - Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR and AMLA record-keeping obligations;
- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of ten (10) years following the transaction date, as required by Philippine AMLA record-keeping requirements;
- Gaming history data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years to support dispute resolution and regulatory audit requirements;
