This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 700jl ("700jl," "we," "us," or "the Platform") collects, processes, stores, and protects the personal data of users ("Players," "you") who access or use the 700jl website and associated gaming services. 700jl operates in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the regulatory requirements imposed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By registering an account on 700jl or otherwise using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the 700jl Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the platform.

700jl collects personal data in several ways — directly from you during registration and account use, automatically through platform interaction, and from third-party sources where lawfully permitted.

• Registration data: Full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and chosen username;
• KYC verification data: Government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, etc.), selfie or liveness verification photograph, and proof of address where required;
• Financial data: GCash number, Maya account details, bank account numbers, and transaction records — all processed solely for deposit and withdrawal purposes;
• Communications data: Messages sent to 700jl customer support, live chat transcripts, and any correspondence regarding account disputes or feedback.

• Device and technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and device identifiers;
• Usage data: Login timestamps, session duration, pages visited, game history, wager amounts, and in-platform navigation patterns;
• Location data: Approximate geographic location derived from IP address, used solely for regulatory compliance (confirming Philippine jurisdiction) and fraud detection.

• Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC): For mandatory suspicious transaction reporting under the AMLA;

• Law enforcement: Where legally compelled by a valid court order, warrant, or Philippine law enforcement request, 700jl will disclose information as required.

700jl implements technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data we hold. These measures include:

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, 700jl will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay.

700jl retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR and AMLA record-keeping obligations;
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of ten (10) years following the transaction date, as required by Philippine AMLA record-keeping requirements;
• Gaming history data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years to support dispute resolution and regulatory audit requirements;
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years following resolution of the relevant support matter;
• Marketing preference data: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your 700jl account.

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 700jl's data disposal procedures.

If you are not satisfied with 700jl's response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

700jl uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform effectively and improve the Filipino player experience. We use the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for core platform functionality including session authentication, login state management, and security protections. These cannot be disabled without breaking platform functionality;
• Functional cookies: Enable personalization features such as language preferences, remembered login settings, and game lobby customization;
• Analytical cookies: Used to measure platform performance and understand how Filipino players navigate and use 700jl, allowing us to improve the product. Analytical data is processed in aggregate and anonymized form.

Parents and guardians who believe a minor has created a 700jl account should contact our support team immediately. 700jl cooperates fully with parental requests relating to underage account access.

700jl reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements, or platform operations. Material changes will be notified to registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised Policy takes effect, except where immediate change is required by Philippine law or NPC directive.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of 700jl following publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
